
Ingredients Serving:
- One bowl of flattened rice(POHA)
- One chopped tomato
- One chopped onion
- One grated carrot
- Few peanuts,cashews and sesame seeds
- A teaspoon red chilli powder
- A teaspoon coriander powder
- A pinch of chat masala
- salt as per your taste
- Half a teaspoon of lime juice
- A few coriander leaves
Instructions
- -First step is to saute flattened rice and roast the nuts
- - Take a pan and add teaspoon of oil.Lightly saute the flattened rice for few minutes
- -Remove the flattened rice and add peanuts,cashews and sesame seeds to same pan and lightly roast them till they change little color.
- -Next step is to add chopped tomatoes ,chopped onions and grated carrot to sauted poha(flattened rice)
- - Add a pinch of chat masala,coriander powder,red chilli powder and as much salt as you like
- -Finally add roasted nuts and chopped coriander leaves
- -Squeeze lime juice and serve immediately with a cup of tea
